Refund policy

Coaching Bundles & Sessions

You are free to cancel your coaching bundle or session and request a refund within 7 calendar days after I have received your payment.

After that time, I do not offer refunds, but the session/package you purchase can be used at any date within 3 months of booking, and are transferable in that time. You may save your session for another date, or gift your session to someone else. Simply email hello [at] indiewriter [dot] net with your preference.

I do not offer refund OR rescheduling within 24 hours of the booked appointment. It is considered a “no show” and I am unable to reschedule or refund the booking, in order to protect my time.
