Happy 1st September!
I’m easing myself into today after a late night at an event in town… my Sunday has started with a gentle workout (lots of stretching) and sitting in the sauna at the gym.
This week I’ve been getting started on my new venture, FIVE RIVERS, and it’s been lovely seeing the messages that have come through — I’ll be getting to those next week.
